A QA account has been setup to test new features independent of the production account.
To access the account, log into the portal with a member login having access to the eCommerce QA Account. If you don't know this information or would like access, please contact email@example.com.
This account is set up to behave the same as the production account, having the same versioned software. However, the apps, users, groups, and meta associated with each object is unique to this account.

To view analytics for an app in the QA account, the App ID for the application needs match the App ID in the QA account. It is fine to leave the production App ID in the QA app, however the analytics will be reported under the app in the production account, not the app in the QA account.
When switching between account on the same device, you MUST first remove the app from your device, and then install it from either this link above or from the cached download area on your device. The container does not flush it's cache on install and the previously logged in user information will be used. However, in this case, the account information won't match and will end up with a negative result.
Deleting the App
If you wish to delete the app from your device, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings.
Scroll down to the Applications section.
Find the Caterpillar App Store application on the right and select it.
Click on Uninstall.
Click on the OK button to confirm the deletion.
