Product Activations

This article explains how to navigate through product activation records.

On this page you will be able to view all of the Product Activation Records.
There are two different options to finding your desired Product Activation Records.
One is to use the Dropdown Box in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
The other is to use the Search Box in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

In each Product Activation Record there are 7 categories:

Serial Number - provides the serial number of that activation.
Product - specifies whether the product used was VSCAN, VSCAN GATEWAY, or BOTH.
Owner Profile - provides basic information about the owner of that activation.
Operator Profile - gives basic information about the last person that made modification to that activation.
Device Location - this field contains the location that was originally inputted by the user when creating this activation.
Activation Details - provides the main details of the activation.
User Opt-In - tells you whether the User Group Opt-In or the Service Offerings are true or false.

When you click in the Dropdown Box, there are three options to choose from.
They are:
- All - this option allows you to search through all of the Product Activation Records.
- VSCAN - shows you all of the Product Activation Records that were created with VSCAN.
- VSCAN GATEWAY - displays all of the Product Activation Records that were created with VSCAN GATEWAY.

Using the Search Box will allow you to find a specific Product Activation Record.

When you type in the box, you must either type in a serial number or an SSO for the browser to pull up your desired record.
