App images
The following images are required for each Private, Web, or B2B app that are defined in the system. They are not required to setup the dedicated stack, but will be used as each app is added. All images are optional, as there are defaults, however, the more you add the better the app store experience is for your user.

SMTP
App47 sends emails for customer onboarding, password resets, account confirmation, and a number of other notifications and operations.
There are two recommended ways this can bet setup for your stack:
Option 1
You provide a SMTP configuration end point/mailbox. Please provide the following necessary information for our service to send notifications via SMTP:
-
hostname
-
domain name (if required)
-
port number
-
email address of account
-
username
-
password
-
Is this a SSL connection?
Option 2
We can host the SMTP server. However, in order to configure this we will need to add two entries in the DNS for the selected domain name («sitename».com). If this option is selected, we'll coordinate setting this up with theDNS administrator after the certs are requested. We currently use a service called MailGun (http://mailgun.org).
SSL Certs
For each of the end points, we’ll need valid certificates (and the key) for each. You can choose to buy two individual certs, however we recommend you buy a single UCC5 that will provide up to 5 aliases for that sitename.com. We can create a CSR for you once we know the names and are happy to share the key with you for the corresponding CSR
Endpoints
-
api.sitename.com - Used for the Embedded agents to communicate with the App47 service.
-
appstore.sitenmae.com - Used to support the portal and the app store running on the user's device.
Note: The end points do not need to end in “.com”; it can be a domain name of your choosing that you own.
