Introduction
AppStore UI version 3 (UIv3) has been released!
All new accounts will start with V3 of the App Store UI, existing customers can contact us at support@app47.com if you would like to be upgraded. From there, you can follow our recommended migration process.
Once the app store is installed, the user will be able to search, discover install and update mobile applications that are assigned to them.
Types of mobiles apps available to users

Public apps - Apps available in public app stores (iTunes, Google Play, etc). The user will be redirected to the appropriate page within the store when the “Install” is clicked in their enterprise app store.

Private apps - Apps that you have build internally and uploaded an .ipa, .apk or .zip file into the platform. The app will be installed on the device directly when the “Install” button is clicked.

Web apps - Apps that are pure HTML5 apps. A shortcut, or Web Clip will installed on their device launching the site in full screen mode. Currently only available on iOS and Android.

B2B or VPP apps - Apps hosted in the iTunes app store that are downloadable via a iOS VPP redemption token.

Home
The default screen when the app store is launched, showing easily discoverable app rows that scroll to the right up to 12 apps. * Getting started - apps flagged as "Getting Started" in the portal will show here until the app is installed on this device. * Featured - Apps flagged as "Featured" in the portal. * Most Downloaded - The most downloaded apps * Highest Rated - The apps with the highest ratings. * Recently Added - Apps that have been added to the App Store in the last two weeks. Each row will contain at least 14 apps, with a horizontal scroll if there is not enough room on the device to show all apps. |

Updates
If there are applications with updates, they will be located in this menu option.If no apps are updated, this menu option will not be present to the user. Once selected, the user will see all apps that have updates available to them. The user can scroll down the page if there are more apps than the screen allows for display. The user may also search for featured apps by name. |

Categories

Only categories available to the user are shown in the category view. Select the category of interests, all apps matching that category will be shown. The user can scroll down the page if there are more apps than the screen allows for display. The user may also search for featured apps by name.

All Apps
All apps available to this user on this device, if there are more apps than will fit on one screen, more apps will be added as the user scrolls. Once selected, the user will see all apps that have updates available to them. The user can scroll down the page if there are more apps than the screen allows for display. The user may also search for featured apps by name. |

Profile

The can see their current name and email address associated with their device. They can change these values if:
The image at the top of this page and the profile is provided by Gravatar.com. If you have an account registered with Gravatar with the provided email, the image will appear in the app store. Gravatar Accounts are free! |
Support
You can quickly create a support request, ask a question or give your App Store Administrators praise with the support view.
You may also encounter this page if there is an error processing your request in the app store. If that happens, please fill in what you were attempting to do, and click contact us. This will help us determine the best course of remediation. |

Devices

The Devices view provides you access to view all devices registered to your user account. If the number of devices exceeds the size of your screen, you may scroll down to view all devices. Click on a specific device will show you the details of that device, allowing you to delete or unregister that device if no longer used. You may also be directed to this page if the number of allowed devices is exceeded for your account. If that is the case, you will need to either delete old devices, or deactivate them to return to the allowed level. Each account may have a different number of allowed devices per user depending on their contract.

App Details
For most apps, click on the app in the list and view its details. App and build information can be found on the main details tab.
App Review can be found on the third tab.
You can see a list all reviews by clicking on the "All Reviews" at the bottom of the screen.
You can create a review by clicking on the "Write A Review" at the bottom of the screen.
App Installation
Click on Install to begin the installation process for the app.
Public Apps
When the user touches the “Install” button in the enterprise app store for a public app, the user will be forwarded to the appropriate public app store to install the selected app.
B2B Apps
When the user touches the “Install” button in the enterprise app store for a B2B app, the user will be forwarded to the iTunes store with an available redemption VPP redemption code. Read more about VPP apps here.
Private Apps
If the app is private AND it has a test build associated with it AND the user has access to the test build on the device, the user will see two install buttons:
Web Apps
Due to platform difference, the install of web apps is slightly different on iOS than Android.
In either case, the user will start the process by selecting “Install” on the app details screen.
iOS
The iOS Web clip is now installed
