Email 'State'
PinnedOriginally from ticket #861.
When I review sent emails there's a column on the far right called 'state.' Can you tell me the difference between the check mark and email icons displayed in this column? What do they mean/indicate?
Thanks
Kevin,
The check mark indicates that the email has been properly sent from our system. Meaning we got a positive response from the configured SMTP server, either ours or what you have configured in your account.
The email looking icons means that it has been viewed by that user, for that specific email/notification.
Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.
