Add All Apps option for Analyze->Usage and Logs

It would be beneficial for seeing metrics of the entire app store if navigating to Analyze->Usage and Analyze->Logs would allow not only to select one app to see its metrics for a time period, but to be able to see data over a time period for multiple apps, perhaps even all.

It might be better to have an option to choose multiple apps rather than just one All Apps option, because it might take a very long time to show for a lot of apps, and we may want to discourage that even if we allow for it.
