Adding embedded HTML into the Application Security message window

We have received a request from a customer that he would like to put embedded HTML into the "Application Security" window which appears when security features like Time.

The actual extent of HTML code which could be added would need to be severely limited for security purposes. The main request seemed to be for the ability to add a hyperlink into the message which appears.
